    How to initiate a Return

    Returns & Exchange 

    • All returns and exchanges must first be authorised by Australian Medical Solutions and are subject to certain conditions.

    • In all circumstances Proof of Purchase must be provided in the form of your original receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

    • Returned products may incur additional freight charges and or other associated fees, this will be clearly outlined throughout the return process.

    • The items must not be used or damaged in any way including that they are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or they are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition. Unless they are faulty or under warranty.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment method and of the original amount as outlined in the proof of purchase. 

    Refund Terms

    • Under Australian Consumer Law there are consumer guarantees that apply automatically. If a purchased product has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation for any drop in value. You are entitled to choose one of these options as a remedy. In the event of a minor problem, we may choose to have the item repaired, replaced or provide a refund.

    Considerations

    • Australian Medical Solutions and or the manufacturer or supplier of the product will make certain considerations when determining the appropriate remedy. These considerations include but are not limited to the nature of the product, the intended use of the product, the extent of the problem, the nature and circumstances of how the issue/problem manifested.

    Refund for a change of mind 

    • Australian Medical Solutions does not currently offer a refund or replacement simply for a change of mind about a product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer being you is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product which is automatically covered by consumer guarantees. Australian Medical Solutions is committed to operating in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
