Supply Restrictions and Shortages:

Unfortunately, many of our suppliers are still unable to supply us with the products that we sell within our standard time frames. 

To address this we are updating our inventory regularly and emailing customers with back order notifications. Please note, we have had cases where supplier lead times have been extended by months longer than we were originally advised, or cancelled. This is unfortunate and challenging for us and for our customers. We do apologise if you have been affected by these delays or cancellations.

Refunds: 

As a result of the supply restrictions and shortages, our accounts team are processing a large volume of refunds at present. The current lead time for refunds to be processed is up to 7 business days.
