PERSONAL ACCOUNTS

The security of your personal Australian Medical Solutions account and the password you have selected is your responsibility. It is your obligation to notify us of any suspicious or unauthorised activity on your account. Australian Medical Solutions is not responsible for security breaches of your account if you have shared your password. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Australian Medical Solutions accepts payment via Credit Card or Paypal for all online purchases.

GST

The prices of the products on Australian Medical Solutions are GST exclusive. This is standard practice across medical supply industries due to the large volume of business to business sales.

According to ACCC regulations, businesses that sell primarily to other businesses are authorised to show prices exclusive of GST.

ORDERS & DISPATCH

You will receive an Order Confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email containing your tracking number.

FREE SHIPPING

Australian Medical Solutions offers free shipping on orders over $499. This amount is GST exclusive and the offer is dependent on the size and weight of the order, and location. Heavy and/or large orders and postage to areas classified as regional by the Australia Post database may be excluded from free shipping.

SHIPPING ORDERS

Standard processing of online orders is usually 2 – 3 business days from the date of purchase. You may experience delays on orders processed during busy periods and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, standard delivery in Australia is approximately 2 – 5 business days. Due to the nature of our products, all parcels require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing your delivery address. Large packages are delivered to the ground floor, and additional charges may apply for specific arrangements of delivery. Our courier does not ship volumetric orders to PO Boxes. If your order is considered large, do not provide a PO Box as a delivery address.

REFUNDS

Australian Medical Solutions processes refunds weekly. Due to an increased number of transactions amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent impact on the medical supply chain, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

PRIVACY

Australian Medical Solutions does not store your Credit Card information. Under no circumstance will your personal information be sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on the security of your personal information. Australian Medical Solutions may use your information for marketing purposes while acting in compliance with the SPAM act and providing clear methods to opt out.

SITE ERRORS & ORDER CANCELATIONS

Australian Medical Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that have been confirmed if the price of a product in that order has been listed incorrectly. Errors can be made typographically or by misinformation provided by a supplier. If you have been charged for an order that has been cancelled, Australian Medical Solutions will credit your account.

PRODUCT CUSTOMISATION

Engraving, embroidery or customisation of any kind can delay the dispatch of your order. Any item that has been customised cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit unless it has been deemed faulty by Australian Medical Solutions or the manufacturer.

Australian Medical Solutions is not responsible for any errors in the customisation process where the information provided by the customer has been incorrect. Customers should ensure they are satisfied with the text and instructions they have provided before completing the payment process.

If there are any concerns about product customisation, it is advised to contact Australian Medical Solutions directly before placing the order.
